Östersjö Pirat is mainly a collective of creative minds. For now, we mainly host rave parties and observe the Swedish underground scene.
Nowadays, politicians seem to mess up repeatedly, rapidly crashing our unique and multicultural land. Kids are being shot on the streets, unemployment rates are peaking, and war is on the doorstep. No wonder people experience more mental health problems now than ever before. No wonder people isolate. The government fails us and becomes more and more controlling; it feels like all we can do is endure the storm.
It's tough, but nothing gets better if you just walk around the same old streets worrying. In this socially grey land we call Sweden, subculture might be our only hope.
We want to stir things up
Our sole purpose consists of trying to shape the best possible spaces for human connection, which is through, as we already know; parties and music.

We want to Encourage all you creative freaks to continue doing what you do, no matter what you do. It maybe being an artist, a musician, a dancer, or just a sick loveable fella, you all contribute to helping shape our scene and fill it with nothing else than love and inspiration. Keep showing love to your friends, to the people dancing around you, to the people behind the graffiti written train cars, to the people shaping the spaces around you.
